Getting Ready
The ECA Planning Guide and Supplement is available online. We urge you to study this material so you come to EDS prepared to answer the kinds of questions the people you meet with will ask, and to do the legwork that assures you will have enough meetings.
Targeted Communications to the kind of people you would like to meet with in Las Vegas. To assist in the appointment-making process, we offer a couple of tools. Registered Manufacturers are provided with a code to download the list of Distributors and Reps for targeted marketing campaigns. You can also access the list and email directly from the web site. Also available for expediting your participation is our free on-line Meeting Facilitator program.
Logistical Arrangements for EDS are located on the web site in the exhibitor manual section. You will find the details for shipping, space requirements, signage, electrical, and much, much more. Please review all of the materials carefully included in this section.
Onsite at EDS
We will have a number of services available at EDS to help you:
Appetite for New Business. Network with six new channel partners over a dinner that will facilitate conversation and business. This year EDS is introducing Appetite for New Business — for manufacturers, distributors and reps. Just sign up at EDS and we’ll handle the rest. Dinner will be at 7:00 p.m. — with the check being divided by dinner attendees. You can attend one night, or all three. It’s an opportunity to get that all-important face time and make some great contacts over a great meal.

A Special First Timer's Reception will be held on Monday evening, May 11th from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Paris (cash bar). Meet and greet and get answers to any last minute questions before EDS officially kicks off on Tuesday morning.
The eXtreme Networking Event is back at EDS this year and will be held on Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Versailles Ballroom. eXtreme Networking, a high-speed, high-powered, high-efficiency 60 minutes, is where you'll meet dozens of new people who fit your "relevance" profile — exactly the kind of distributors, manufacturers, and reps you come to EDS to meet.
