All official activities will be held at the Paris/Bally's Hotel Complex. You may find other less expensive hotels, but you will miss the the convenience and networking opportunities of being in the headquarters hotel. Call the Paris directly to make reservations and identify yourself as attending EDS to obtain the special rate.
2/22/08 - A limited number of rooms are still available in the EDS block. Pre/post EDS rates are available on a very limited basis. The hotel staff will quote you the best available rate for those nights. This pre/post rate may change (lower?) as we approach EDS, so you may want to recheck with them periodically.
Be sure to request the special EDS rates - You can use the hotel code of SPEDS8 for Paris and SBEDS8 for Bally’s.

Rooms at the Paris are available from Saturday, May 3rd through Sunday, May 11th, 2008.
Check-in 4:00 p.m./Check-out 12:00 p.m. Please make any changes in your arrival/departure
date or room requirements after reservations have been made directly with the hotel and
observe the hotel's cancellation policy. PLEASE NOTE: Any cancellations or changes in
attending participants from your company must go through the EDS Show Office for badge
and Directory purposes. The Hotel requires an advance deposit to guarantee your reservations.
