IMPORTANT ** MUST READ ** SHIPPING INFORMATION

Receiving your boxes in Las Vegas for EDS is very important and there are several things you need to know. This fact sheet does not include "shipping" information. You may select the carrier of choice for sending materials to Las Vegas as well as sending them back to your office. This document is meant to guide you in determining the best method to address your shipments.

Items for your booth, euro suite, conference unit or hotel suite can be sent the following ways:

1.  To the GES Warehouse in advance of the Show. These materials should arrive between Tuesday, April 13th and Wednesday, May 2nd.

2.  To the Cosmopolitan Hotel directly, to your own personal guest room or suite.

3.  To the Cosmopolitan Hotel directly, in care of GES. These materials should arrive between Monday, May 7 through Thursday, May 10.

If you have space in the Conference Center (2nd, 3rd, 4th Floors)

We suggest you send your boxes either in advance to the GES Warehouse or to the Hotel directly, in care of GES.

Sending materials to the GES Warehouse in advance of EDS:

  • Materials should arrive between Tuesday, April 13th and Wednesday, May 2nd.
  • Address your boxes as follows:
    Company Name & Unit Number
    FOR EDS 2012
    GES
    7000 Lindell Road
    Las Vegas, NV 89118

Cost: Review the GES Shipping Information in your Exhibitors Manual.

Sending materials to the Cosmopolitan Hotel, c/o GES

Materials should arrive Monday, May 7 through Thursday, May 10.

Address your boxes as follows:
Company Name & Unit Number
FOR EDS 2012
C/O GES
Cosmopolitan Hotel
3708 Las Vegas Blvd. South
Las Vegas, NV 89109

Cost: Review the GES Shipping Information in your Exhibitors Manual.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have space on the Show Floor we recommend that materials be sent to GES rather than to the Hotel's Business Center. If materials are sent directly to the Hotel, not in care of GES, the Business Center will receive them (and charge you for their service) and leave a message in your hotel room that boxes have arrived. You are responsible for obtaining a bellman to get them to the Ballroom Entrance, then GES will move them to your unit. Therefore, you will pay the business center for receiving boxes, a bellman for moving them, and GES for placing them in your unit.

If you have a Hotel Suite

We suggest you send materials direct to the Cosmopolitan Hotel. They will be received by the hotel's independent business center.  Please note that storage facilities are limited, and therefore they prefer for shipments to arrive no earlier than Monday, May 7.

Address your boxes as follows:
Company Name & Suite Number
FOR EDS 2012
Cosmopolitan Hotel
3708 Las Vegas Blvd. South
Las Vegas, NV 89109

Upon receipt of the boxes, the Business Center will call your guest room and leave a message. You are responsible for obtaining your boxes and getting them to your room (a hotel bellman can assist).

You can obtain a list of current rates from the Business Center at (702) 698-7000.

Please note if you send your materials directly to the Hotel, in care of GES they will receive the materials, and transfer them to the Hotel's Bellstand department. The Bellman will deliver the boxes to your suite.
